Driver Upgrades

On getting their Elise most people start thinking about upgrades but few consider upgrading the most important feature of the car, the driver. Even if you never intend to take your Elise out onto a track, driver training can help you understand the dynamics of the car and improve your driving in general.

Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) Provide advanced driver training on UK roads and an advanced driving test qualification.

Lotus Driving Training Experience Lotus offer this one day intensive with instruction headed by the Lotus test drivers. It is run at the Lotus factory on their test track and Lotus supply the cars. It costs Ł395. Lotus have recently launched a similar course for intermediate drivers (only 100 places this year) at a cost of Ł495.
