S2 Oil

After running in, a good synthetic oil is recommended. The handbook recommends Mobil 1 Motorsport or Castrol Formula RS oils. Places like Halfords stock the regular (0W40) Mobil 1 but not the Motorsport (15W50) stuff (recommended). The 0W40 is good for normal road use but for track days the 15W50 is better. Unless the car is used frequently on the track, there is little benefit from changing the oil more regularly that stated in the service book.
